Monday, May 12 - Eden Diet Workshop Introductory Meeting - 6:00pm
Dr. Rita Hancock will be facilitating this Christ-centered weight loss program based on her book, The Eden Diet. Cost is $35 for the book and workbook. If you are interested in the workshop or just curious about the program, this is the meeting for you. If you would like more information you can email Rita.

Wednesday, May 14 - Children's Ministry Planning - 6:00 & 7:00pm
Initiators will meet at 6pm to discuss the marathon success and future helpful suggestions. VBS volunteers will meet at 7pm to plan work nights, work and leadership positions, as well as view an overview video of this year’s program.
Saturday, May 17 - Love K.N.O.T. - 3:00-8:00pm
Parents and kids can enjoy a night out! Kids have fun at the church while Mom and Dad enjoy a date! This month will be game night, with fun activities planned for indoors and outdoors. Sign up and pre-pay at the first floor nursery desk by Sunday, May 11.
Sunday, May 18 - Special Missions Offering - Both Services
A special offering for United Methodist mission work in Bolivia and South Africa will be taken. Funds raised will be presented at Annual Conference in Tulsa the end of this month.
Sunday, May 18 - Graduate's Luncheon - 12:15pm
First Church will honor its high school and college graduates during worship and at a luncheon after church in Harris Hall. If you are graduating this year please fill out our online form.
Sunday, May 18 - New Sixth Graders to Incredible Pizza - 3:00-6:00pm
In celebration of our 5th graders promotion into the student ministries department, they are invited to Incredible Pizza! We’ll meet at the church at 3pm and return at 6pm. Each 6th grader (and their 6th grade friend) will eat free and receive at $22 game card! Parents are encouraged to attend, and also eat/drink for free. If you plan to bring a friend please contact our student ministries pastor, Tony Moran.
Wednesday, May 21 - FC Student Ministries Summer Blow-out - 5:30pm
School is almost over and the student ministry plans to celebrate! 6th-12th graders are invited to join us in Harris Hall for food, games, an inflatable obstacle course, music, and prizes!
Friday, May 23 - FC Guys Night Out - 7:00pm
All men of the church are invited to join us many activities including “Jungle Pong!” We will also play the Wii and other games in the third floor rec room. Grab a bite to eat before you come and bring a snack to share and your own drinks. Please register online and let us know you're coming.
